Eco Smart Home

We remain very proud of this eco smart home project as it was our first ever smart home commission.

Our brief was to install high-end automated technology into a remotely located new build home in the Lake District.

We installed a whole-house Rako automated lighting system that we hosted through a Savant home automation control system. We also designed and installed two media rooms, set up with Dolby Atmos surround sound technology for an immersive sound and viewing experience. This installation also included custom painted speakers, colour matched to the client’s interior design.

Alongside the smart home automation, we completed a security installation. This included a gate intercom; full CCTV; and intruder alarms, all linked to Savant for full house control and ease for our client.

One of our key beliefs is that all installations should be unique and bespoke for each of our clients. This project was no different. As a special feature in this eco smart home, we supplied and installed a bespoke patented hidden pool table, integrated into a high-end dining table, with bespoke veneer to match the client’s decor.
