Ultimate Bachelor Pad

For this smart home project, our client commissioned us as part of the build of a new house. Our brief was to take smart home automation to the ultimate degree. We are pleased to say that we achieved this along with a full house audio visual (AV) system.

Our role in this project involved us working closely with our client in the early stages in order to plan the significant integrations of a range of smart lighting and audio visual technology onto a single control system.

This large smart technology installation, including the full house audio visual system; a high-end media room; as well as our largest Rako lighting system to date, with 300 circuits and more than 20 kilometres of cabling.

Other fantastic elements of this full home installation include automated security gates; fingerprint door entry; and to demonstrate how we can push technology to its limits, a waterfall in the lake in the grounds, fully controllable from a smart phone.
